Turtlebob's Doggie Delights is dedicated to making treats using only the freshest ingredients right from the kitchen cupboard. We won't cook them until you order them. All treats are good for about 4 weeks in sealed container in the fridge and much longer in freezer if they last that long : ) When you receive your order it will indicate the day that your treats were baked. All Turtlebob's treats are registered with the Department of Agriculture in Washington State.

Payment
Turtlebob's only accepts Paypal at this time. When you place an order you will receive an invoice from the secure Paypal website. This helps protect Turtlebob’s and the customers.

Shipping
Treats are shipped USPS in small boxes to avoid damage. 10oz packs are sent First Class and 1-5 pound packs are sent Priority.

Refunds and Exchanges
Turtlebob's will refund money for damaged treats. If there are any problems, please contact me immediately so the issue can get resolved.

Customs orders are always accepted as well as any wholesale or consignment ideas.
